Pricing plans allow you to top up the balance on our platform and use it for work, anytime. The balance and funds are only charged on the pay-as-you-go basis on work delivery and approval. Your balance does not expire.

For every plan you purchase with us, you also get additional $100 for your work.
You pay-as-you-go for the hourly work delivered your way (for regular or hourly engagement) or per project/month for larger engagement (depending on your preferences).
You are billed for the delivered services every 2 weeks based on the hourly work performed but monthly billing is also possible. SoftwareSupp is not a regular subscription service and you only pay for the work delivered your way.

We currently support credit/debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or regular net 7 days invoice payment (wire transfer, PayPal), with the payments made every 2 weeks (although this can be adjusted to customer's preferences with monthly payments).
For all the payments you make we also offer a safe balance payment mechanism managed by Stripe Inc. to ensure security of transaction, letting you pay only on actual work delivery.
Yes, we offer a 14-day refund trial period to connect with your freelancer, interview your certified expert and launch your work.
During 14 days you can connect with your certified expert, plan your work and start your first tasks. Any work you order with us requires your approval to be performed and it can also be modified based on changing needs and requirements.
If within 14 days since the start you do not decide to start the collaboration, we will not charge you for the work, we can issue refund to your account or you can use the funds for any other work with us.
If you are not satisfied with the work of our freelancers once you launch, you can submit a complaint/dispute and in this case, we are obliged to respond to your complaint within 14 days from submission. If the complaint is approved, we can issue the refund to your account or you can use the funds for any other service with us.
Within our platform, we deliver contract that customers sign electronically or physically with us.
You sign the contract/co-operation with us which involves delivery of the right person/expert for your project. We ensure quality and work continuity. You can also hire a dedicated team with us.
We can also sign the contract based on customer's requirements or drafts if that's required to launch on the customer's side.
You are matched with the best candidate, depending on your needs, ready to start work. If required, we can also provide up to 3 candidates to choose from.
For any work you launch with us, you will connect and communicate with your certified expert, directly through our platform, email, phone or your preferred means of communication.
For all our projects, you get access to the dedicated communication platform to help you work with us, your expert or team. This includes task system, chat, meetings scheduling and more. Our experts are obliged to report progress in the dedicated project board every week.
Using our communication features during the project is optional and you can also use/integrate your own tools, when needed.
Most importantly, our experts are verified and certified based on strict and specific process and are required to report key work and progress through our platform every week.
We monitor the quality of provided services by running NPS surveys sent to the customers weekly and by delivering proper know-how and resources required for successful service's realization.
We also provide a safe balance payment mechanism to ensure the quality and timely delivery for our projects.
We work remotely using communication tools including our communication platform, video conferencing software, project management tools and task system.
In cases when you require our support on-site, we might send the team member on site or if required, find the right expert in your location.
