This project was to implement a CRM system for a real estate company. The company is called Place4you, and they help clients sell and buy flats.

In this project, we implemented the CRM system from scratch. We adjusted the individual elements of the system so that the implemented software met all customer specifications. The project was completed in less time than expected. The implementation of the tasks set at the beginning took less than 27 hours. The remaining hours can be used for additional support in refining the system for new requirements.

The decision made to bring the Singaporean and Malaysia teams into a single Pipedrive instance

The Australian team was keep separate due to the different requirements of the Australian market

Finn wanted to provide the same experience for all their brokers and needed their systems to be infallible,

A large Salesforce migration was always on the cards and everything needed to be planned with that in mind.

SOLUTION

Plan long-term with a specific goal in mind (Salesforce migration),

Use the Pipedrive to implement a custom business broking solution,

I change the Hierarchical setup in Pipedrive so that the system can be properly used for the business broking industry,

Continually look for solutions to technical challenges,

Provide video-based training manuals to all team members,

I worked to provide a more in-depth integration to Autopilot — Finn’s marketing automation platform,

Fortnightly meetings between Me and Finn management about progress and improvements (which continue until now).

Hierarchical issues were overcome with the implementation of the business broking API layer,

A successful Pipedrive/Autopilot integration that deepened the native integration between the 2 platforms,

A successful Salesforce to Pipedrive migration, with more than 100-million individual records, moved,
