Scope of the project was: setting up and configuring Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign accounts, data structures design, integrating systems with lead sources and lead acquisition tracking, configuring and optimizing marketing and sales funnels, designing a process that allows managing the database, a dedicated integration of Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign systems development, testing, troubleshooting, and tailoring integration to customer requirements.
