Santa’s Club exists to help enhance Christmas while maintaining its rich traditions. Every time they fascinate a child through a virtual visit with Santa Claus, they prolong their imagination and we safeguard them from growing up too soon. They needed CRM support to manage resources and customer queries.

The goal of the project: Utilize Monday.com as the central operations hub for Santa’s Club. Building a Central Operations Database and Dashboard to track, visualize and report on Sales, Support, & Schedules for over 50 Contractors and Employees.
