How to get existing lead lists into the system
Create a fully automated marketing process that carried the prospect through a journey over 4-weeks ending in a hot lead with a high chance of closure
SOLUTION
Create multiple marketing journeys integrating content from other agencies into carefully crafted Autopilot journeys
Create reports and dashboards for both salespeople and management for full visibility
Import existing data from different lists into Pipedrive and then sync that data with Autopilot
Refine and standardize custom field options so that they could be used to inform Autopilot of a prospect’s status
Connect external lead sources to Pipedrive for all campaigns
Provide training on a teams' basis including live sessions and a video-based training manual
OUTCOME
A successful system launch with the client’s aim of handling a large (HUGE) volume of leads with minimal staffing achieved
Sales targets met
Successful implementation and integration of CRM< marketing automation platform and telephony system so that email, SMS, salespeople, and data all worked as one
Across regions can seamlessly integrate and work together
Over time as more data settled in the system conversion tastes and cost per lead reduced allowing more targets marketing spend and a self-reinforcing loop that continued until COVID hit in 2020.
