I work with small teams and solopreneurs to give you a CRM that you (and your team) WANT to use. I want to make it easy as possible to use your CRM to track what is working in your prospecting marketing efforts, help you track sales conversations and follow up, and help you gain clear insights about where you want to improve. I prefer to not work hourly as it doesn't really serve our clients or us. I prefer to sit down and create a scope of work for the items necessary and then create a project price that makes sense. Common Scope Items: -Data importing -Consulting/customizing the CRM for your process -Create training/documentation about usage -Weekly accountability to form good CRM habits -Support for changes, data dives, onboard/train new hires -Website implementation -Create automations to make sales process as effortless as possible -Shift sales culture away from being results oriented, to a culture that is based on KPI/process/activities
