Zoho admin-tool (web interface)

Project description

I have registered a domain name and i want the clubs to logon to the "zoho site" by entering a subdomain if possible. This app should in the easiest way help the club to have a overview over all their trainers/coaches in the club - and that there is a easy automatic workflow to get digital signature and certificate from the trainer. Also after selected renewal time, the renewal process starts all over again. I want to be de administrator on top, so I can: - add new club/ zoho-licence -logon to all clubs to give them support if needed The club should be able to: - See overview over all trainers added to the club, and with information about when date it was added, and when is next renewal time. - Add new trainer (starts workflow) - Manually re-start workflow for a trainer if needed. - Insert/edit/view the clubs standard “Club Agreement.pdf” - Insert/edit/view the clubs standard “Club Certificate.pdf” PROCESS: 1) Club log in to portal and can se a averview over all trainers for the club, with name, emailadress, phone number and status. 2) Club can press button to "add new trainer" and fills out a form with name, emailadresse, phonenumber and selects renewal time 1,2 or 3 years. Press OK. 3)Trainer with information gets added to the overview list - with status "Trainer added by club". 4)Automatically a workflow sends a email to that trainers emailadresse with a standard text and a text/or pdf document with a agreement between club and trainer (club agreement.pdf). 5) The trainer receives this by email and has the possibility to digitally sign this easyly from email on the smartphone. 6)When signed, the system automatically changes status for that trainer from "Trainer added by club" to "Trainer accepted club agreement". 7)Automatically the trainer gets a new email, with some standard text and a another pdf document attached (document called club certificate). 8)Now the trainer has to send in a written signed document to the club in the easyest way (by email directly to system, or upload scanned document on a file share, etc). So find a easy upload-function. 9)When document comes in to the portal, it automatically sends notification to the clubs administrator emailadress. 10) Clubs representant logs into the portal and selects that trainer, and select to see that pdf with signed certificate - and then verify if the certificate is VALID or NOT VALID. If not valid, the workflow goes back to step 7. 11)If valid, the status for the trainer changes to Verifyed for training to date xx.xx.xxxx (selected in the "add trainer form" in the beginning. 12) After 2 years (for example, the renewal process starts and the workflow automatically starts at step 7 again. ADDON: The renewal time could be a setting that the club sets for all new trainers added - if possible. After this app is made, I will be able to duplicate it, and add it in the Zoho system for the next club, an over and over again. I have tried the Zoho Employee Onboarding app, maybe that is the best starting point for this I think. What do you think? I know that this could be solved with other elements from the “Zoho world”, perhaps the People or CRM is more suitable. I want to ask you to give me a demo about hos this can be solved/setup. Requirement: Maximum 20 Euro/USD per club/user for Zoho licencing. (important!) How many trainers added into the portal does not affect the licenc prising. What I need: I need an Zoho Expert who can; Help me find a solution for these requirements, and be my Zoho partner who can be my developer to add new functions into this portal in the future – when new clubs asks for new functions into the portal.
