We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our internal team and grow our Certified Freelancers network. Type: Full-time, remote. Responsibilities: - Managing recruitment cycle - Effectively sourcing the best freelance talents on the market - Keeping candidates up to date with the recruitment process and upholding the company’s high standards of candidate experience Requirements: - Exceptional communication skills, you articulate clearly and confidently, - 1+ years of recruitment experience, - Fluency in English, you are confident in using this language when speaking with others, - Experience in effective IT sourcing methods - Knowledge and interest in IT recruitment trends What We Offer - Good market salary starting $2k to be negotiated depending on experience and engagement - Your development as an individual and within our team - Direct contact with customers, tech team, business team - Equipment for on-site and off-site work - Remote work, B2B contract
