Setup Pipedrive Full Implementation

I am looking for an expert to setup Pipedrive to all our products we use and to setup he platform to be uses as an ATS and CRM. Here are all our products and setup insights: have enough of both! I am wanting to manipulate the platform to use as an ats for recruiting vs sales were an establish company dont do sales outbound but want it to manage my inbound sales too. I found several articles how folks are using for such. I see it also has Hirez as an ats option but feel others can make it work we can as we dont have taffic from ads! https://www.pipedrive.com/en/blog/how-to-use-pipedrive-for-recruiting https://www.pipedrive.com/en/blog/how-to-use-pipedrive-for-recruiting I currently have 4 users, some dont make calls, some just make calls only and I have an admin that will manage the message feeds from all Linkedin InMail accounts, emails, etc. We are a staffing agency, we only do permanent placements and were true hunters, so we dont place ads, we build lots of pipelines for job aka deal we work on, we email drip campaigns including video, as well we text with video and heavy phone calls. We like voicemail drop if anyone partnered offers it and a prerecorded voicemail, so you have to leave one each time. We will use Sale Navigator with Dux Soup integration to move our pipelines from Linkedin. I see Sales Navigator has an integration as well, might look like it will move clients from Linkedin into pipedriver and if so we want that too. Dux is just candidates no companies. We also use Zoominfo, I am working to get moved to SalesOS platform as its integrated to pipedrive too. We need the capabilities to email, & text w/ video in mass on the platform. Calls, we use open phone now, would like to port numbers over we have a few. We need a platform we can get a number easily, say I am hunting for a need in Columbus Ohio, men respond to a local number over out of state. We want to be able to text website traffic within platform, I seen that integration been wanting it a while! Task Management, we use Clickup right now for my team's task - projects. I would like to find an on-platform option. We like checklist, if possible, screen shot pasting capabilities would be very nice. Sales Platform, I use Clientpoint as my sales platform & contract management, love it and see is has Pipedrive integrations. I am using Hippo video platform right now, I feel I can eliminate it, as I am upping my video game having them done professionally so we will need to figure out how - where we can integrate them. Contact data, we were using swordfish, if Pipedriver can manage the 5 phone numbers and 3 emails in mass, meaning it imports contact w/ 5 number and 3 emails 1. will it even recognize that many, 2. will it text and email all in mass in a click? A dream if it can if not we will drop them. We typically use a few and see Dux Soup has enrichment and Pipedrive has a few options so we will want to pick up an additional source for phone and emails - but need to see how the platform manages multiple emails if it can at all. Last we use teams to chat internally, and I call my team on demand, we get in groups meetings a lot daily sharing screen. So if we can get this technology into platform great. Won’t give up call on demand. We use outlook of course, I see I get emails in pipeline - I am doing a trial, would be AWESOME af if my admin can manage our inboxes in pipedrive as we have some general boxes and its multiple inboxes. I use paperform platform as we use them on everyone they are an interview intake form and I see it integrates would be great if it can attach the forms to contacts in platform. Last, I use QB and see I can integrate it and do invoice from deal. Thats it - Feel its a quick project since we know what we want it to do for now.
