Setup Pipedrive and Automation and Intergrate with PropertyFinder UAE

Hello, We are a real estate brokerage in Dubai and have recently opened. We want to use Pipedrive but we need it setup and configured, we want features like the ability for it to integrate with PropertyFinder (XML/API?) to show all listings (and possibly add a listing from Pipedrive and it adds it to PropertyFinder and Bayut for example), and import leads (email phraser?). We need it for both sellers / buyers for both ready properties and off-plan properties. We want to make it fool proof for our brokers so they have to follow a process, and it sets activities to do depending on the stage the seller or buyer is in such as if its a seller collect the ID and mandatory forms and arrange a photographer date, and also schedule email's. We also want it to calculate commission split etc. We want easy reporting on our landing page sources to see what campaigns are performing well. Could you assist us in setting up Pipedrive, perhaps visit our office and we discuss our needs and the things we want automated? We looked at another partner in the US but he wants us to set it up with Airtable and it seems overly complicated we want a partner to setup and manage our Pipedrive for us and who is local.
