Project description

Please find the requirements below: 1. Hard file is turned into Matt with the contract and check. PDF is created by the reps that includes orders forms, production forms for subs, permit form for the office, and pictures of the job. 2. PDF is uploaded into Pipedrive under the customer's name. 3. Once Matt verifies the PDF is uploaded and everything looks good, the job is marked "Won" and moved to the "Won" tab in the "sales pipeline". 4. Once it is moved to "Won" in the "sales pipeline", it will auto move to the "Job #, Job Turned in" tab in the "sales production" pipeline 5. Once it hits "Job #, Job Turned in" in the "sales production" pipeline, an auto email will be sent to production at Snap. Production will review the permit form in the PDF attached to the customers name and create a job number and pull the permit. 6. Once the permit is pulled, the tab will be moved by production in the "production pipeline" to the "measure confirmed" column in the "production" pipeline 7. Auto email in the form of a text will be sent out to the subs for scheduling. Once the sub responds that they will take the job, the text they send will come back as an email to production and the "owner/sales rep" of the job with a start date 8. Rep will let the homeowner know what day the job will start and create the build date tab in the Snap Calendar. 9. Tab is moved by Snap production into the "order completed sub scheduled" tab in the "production" pipeline 10. Auto email is then sent out to ABC and Den-Co (formerly Premier Waste) with the PDF attached from pipedrive 11. ABC and Den-Co will have access to our calendar. ABC and Den-Co will search the PO in the calendar and order/schedule accordingly 12. Once the job is complete, the rep will move the job in the "production" pipeline to "sub bills/signed off". An auto email will be sent to ABC, Den-Co, and Snap production notifying them the job is complete. ABC can pick up the returns, Den-Co can grab the dumpster, and Snap production can schedule the inspection 13. Once inspection is completed, the job will be moved by Snap production to "permit passed" in the production pipeline. An auto email will be sent to the rep notifying them the job has passed inspection.
