Salesforce Expert Needed For Export

I need someone that's extremely good with salesforce to export data from salesforce. I have notes inside of Cases that need to be exported to a csv where the notes can be mapped to the cases. The notes seem to be stored as files so it may require an export and then importing back into saleforce to connect it all.
