Project description
I have an existing marketplace on Sharetribe Flex (www.cafetemps.com). My platform allows restaurant managers to hire gig workers for their restaurants. I am using the FTW-Hourly template, and my booking process requires managers to browse profiles and send booking requests directly to the worker. I would like to add the ability for hiring managers to post open jobs. The gig workers on my platform could then respond to the open postings, and the manager could select a worker for the job. I understand this is commonly referred to as a 'reverse marketplace', and requires some customization in Sharetribe Flex.
Project scope
Create listing process for managers to post shifts
Use a similar listing wizard included in the FTW Hourly templateThe hourly rate should come from the worker profile. The manager does not set the hourly rate.
Enable notifications for workers that meet criteria. This can be as simple as a geographic radius search.
