We rely heavily on PipeDrive, and I know we should be getting much more out of it Our goals: - better understanding filters and how to use them to create targeted lists, - using filtered lists to run email campaigns through mail chimp - learning how to set up some automation e.g. client communication is sent automatically as deals progress through our pipe - Can I use PipeDrive to survey my clients, or do I need to just use something like Mail Chimp then send through Pipedrive? - Better understand Zapier if how we can utilise this?
