Pagespeed Optimization of Webflow Site Homepage with Javascript Animations

We need help optimizing the speed and performance of our Webflow site's Homepage. There are two types of animations on the homepage. The animation in the header is written in JavaScript. The coding animations are exported from After Effects as Lottie files. Additionally there is a Ramblechat script on the site which is slowing it down. It's okay if you don't make all the edits yourself as long as you can tell us what to do.
