Project description

My name is Sharmayne and I'm the project manager at influencer marketing agency. We've had Monday now for less than a month and I feel like I've reached my limits. As a marketing agency, we need our projects organized into workload trackers where the team and see + update everything and anything. We're also doing tons of new business where we have lead boards to track our CRM as well as boards for accountants to have visibility on cash flow for forecasting. We have so many ideas of how Monday can help us reduce our manpower efforts but we're not very gifted on the tech side of things (optimizations, integrations, etc). We us Slack, Google and QuickBooks
