Monday dashboard, automation setup and management, integromat automation and HubSpot connection
We are looking at working with a pharmaceutical wholesale who also has their own brands (five in total). The main systems we will be using are: Monday Hubspot Integromat Please see attached. We have Hubspot set up and an internal staff member who manages this. We have a Monday account and would like to set up the dashboards as per the attached. Set up all Integromat automations as per the attached. Ongoing management and oversight (and changes etc. as required). The process, for discussion: XYZ to provide subdomain URLs for each brand. Gateway Training to provide the IP address XYZ to create Á record’ on their domain hosting pointing to the LMS XYZ to provide store list and contact details Monday: Completion of ‘Store Engagement’ Dashboard and sent to Ilonk for approval (Status review/additions) Completion of ‘Traineeship’ Dashboard (this is where the details of staff will enter and coordination of the sign ups by the XYZ) Creation of the claims dashboard (Same as exiting clients) XYZ staff who will have access and their E Mail address Gateway staff who will have access and their E Mail address Permissions Alerts set up Reporting dashboards Possible Air call integration (and access to XYZ) for calls tracking (if possible) HubSpot: Connection between Hubspot and Monday Method of creating parent and child company (and the format the store list is requested for bulk upload) E Mail template for automation Creation of form to be populated by stores Returned data and automation to send to Monday Gateway engagement and Air call tracking (and data returned to Monday) Alerts Reporting dashboards Integromat: Establish a connection between Monday and Hubspot Data transfers as above Connection to the AASN portal to retrieve data as with existing clients E Mail connection and data retrieval Other automations as with existing clients
