Project description
The aim of the project is to reflect the complete sales process and business development. The final configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 should enable: - having a coherent tool supporting the daily work of a salesperson, fully integrated in MS Outlook, iOS, phone, Jira and calendars - having a uniform reporting tool for the purposes of Controlling and Sales - information flow on the status of activities on clients - including for the purposes of marketing campaigns The final result of the project is the delivery of a CRM system configured in accordance with the requirements described in the specification confirmed at the start of the project, along with integration with external tools (eg Jira, User.com, Fb, Ln).
