The goal of the project is to build KPI based dashboard with sales KPI based on sales data from Pipedrive CRM
To reiterate we should be able to look at this by time period and pull the data. Would you be able to plug in profit ratios as well, if not, no big deal. Would be nice to know in each category below if we have a high or low profit ratio
1. Performance of the company as a hole
(close ratio, sit ratio, job total amount (volume numbers) non qualified)
2. Performance of lead sources
number of leads, close ratio, non qualified, sit ratio, job size and within each lead source it should be broken down by roofing, siding, windows, insulation
3. Performance by each salesperson
