I am looking for someone with experience in bringing the systems within a small business (6 users) together to create a cohesive environment. It will be a mixture of Software Support and IT Management. The Business focus is working with global clients and arranging meetings for them within their target markets. Everyone that works with us is working as a contractor, we have no employees. I need someone that can tell me what needs to be done and then set it up for us. Order of prioritise: 1) Outlook, currently on an IMAP version that doesn’t allow for calendar sharing amongst the team. I believe we need to switch to an Exchange server. 2) Skype, I have a feeling that we are not getting the best out of this tool, I would like automated reports and to understand what the most economic set up is followed by training for the administrator 3) File sharing, I would like it set up in MS and then all users trained. 4) All users should have MS word, excel and PPP, I am looking to allocate access to the tools whilst someone is engaged with our team and remove access if they leave. 5) Pipedrive, note we are also managing a clients Pipedrive. I want to ensure that the two different Pipedrive’s are set up correctly and are being used correctly. We have someone dedicated to looking after Pipedrive that will need ongoing support from time to time. 6) We are growing, every time we hire a new contractor I would like that person set up correctly.
