Creating online store with Shopify

Job offer published for the second time with the updated scope and budget; We are looking for a Shopify expert who will help us to create an online store with the following requirements: - Online store with boards/skateboards (＜ 50 products) - We will be selling on four different markets - Sweden, France, Germany, UK -multiple currencies - SEO - preparing the strategy while building the web - UX design - We are selling our products/no drop shipping - 1 type of products (boards, skateboards) - Connecting local payment methods - Integration with shipping carriers We are looking for someone to create basic but fully functional store. The process should include designing a mock-up version before the development will start.
