Co-Working Infrastructure Integration Project (Ibiza)
Project description
Co-working and event space with 250 paying members and 1k contacts. Due to rapid growth we are expanding. Current site is being upgraded and renovated with 4 other locations coming 2021 Our membership products include varying levels of site access and benefits such as fitness classes, coffees, hotdesks and cinema passes. Access is controlled via radius server using customer MAC addresses. We also use digital wallet passes for our interactive membership cards which are synced, updated and voided based on the customers plan. They reached out to us to feature as a use case. As part of our next phase, our yourHUB program will go into many restaurants, shops and services offering a discount to members. This is facilitated via pipedrive using webhooks and custom fields We just completed the roll out of Xero for our accounting and use stripe as our payment gateway. We had been using Stripe subscriptions and checkout scripts but are now moving back to Nexudus for billing (via stripe gateway) All system processes and use cases are mapped and documented along with all relevant API Documentation. We have a great team here, we will be looking for additional Project management resource also
