Hi​,​ I am an expert in designing and optimizing sales processes​,​ sales training as well as implementing the CRM system (Pipedrive). I support companies in improving their sales result by increasing the effectiveness of their sales activities through for combining the traditional sales with the digital tools.

I've been working in sales since the very beginning of my career​,​ also in sales management​,​ so I understand the sales processes and the challenges faced by organizations​,​ especially nowadays.

For each project and client I use an individual approach​,​ deeply analyzing the real situation​,​ identifying problems and in the end - selecting appropriate solutions and tools perfectly tailored to the client's needs. I strongly believe only this approach can bring the best results​,​ develop business and ensure the real change in sales practices.

I was responsible for the implementation of the CRM system (Pipedrive) for one of the banking operators (financial industry) and a commercial partner in the telco.
