Main goal: Integration and migration of data between various SaaS platforms using AWS infrastructure Work areas: - Coordination of customers projects from requirements gathering, through software development and QA to deployment on production - Coordination of cooperation between departments across the company, like Sales/Requirements, Engineering/QA and DevOps in various locations (US, Poland and Russia) - Cooperation with CEO to improve existing and establish new processes and good practices in company for better cooperation and communication between departments - Architecture design in AWS context and implementation of improvements for existing frameworks and tools used by engineers for integration - Cooperation with CTO to analyse, predict and overcome business risks caused by business dependencies introduced with new design - Direct managing and supervising of Engineering Team - Mentoring and onboarding of Engineers Tech Stack: - Node.js - JavaScript/TypeScript - AWS Cloud - REST API, SOAP
