Currently I am supporting 19 stores separated geographically in the state of Baja California (eighteen from Little Caesars and one from Eat Burgers. The support is related to Point of Sales (SpeedLine) issues, Computer issues, KDS issues (KDS stands for Kitched Display System) and all IT issues related that they may have.
Implemented a system called SIO (Integral Operations System) this system acts as our “Internal ERP” . Our crew members enter information daily related to our internal operation process such as Physical supervision evaluation, Human resource information, Sales Projections, Purchasing, Maintenance, etc.
This system was developed with Zoho Creator, Zoho Reports.
Implemented a system called SpeedLink this project was to consolidate all our sales information from each store that we currently have in one single SQL Server database. This database also has a reporter to display all the information related to the sales and we scheduled reporter task in order to spread all the information for the user that are interested with.
This system was bought to our vendor SpeedLine.
Implemented a system called Help Desk. Its main objective was to organize the process of supporting one specific asset such as an oven, computer or other building equipment. The user requests a ticket for support and the request arrives to the responsible support person. This system was developed with CAKEPHP, MySQL, JQUERY.
I have a team of 8 person in charge and growing.
On 2011, I received my SpeedLine Certification
On 2016, I presented the exam in order to credit the certification of Zoho. Now I am Zoho Developer Certified
