Pipedrive Data and Dashboard improvement
Create a data structure to allow Asignet (Fortune Companies IT partner) link their deals with their partner and referral program. Create a Dashboard to measure not only sales, but also the key indicators that control sales success in a very long process as IT consultancy could be. Build dashboard for each Sales Excutive with KPIs. Implement a bot to avoid data duplication and increase sales productivity. Integrate Zoominfo with Pipedrive, to boost lead generation. Train IT Sales Excutives to use Pipedrive on activity base selling.
