Overview of responsibilities: • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of company’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning. • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. • Oversee financial management, planning, systems and controls. • Final approval, in consultation with the management team, for budgets and HR decisions across all divisions. • Supervise HR including implementation of company values, company-wide morale.
